
Khakassia, Russia – On Saturday, January 13, 2018 two snowmobilers were killed in an avalanche near Panfilovskoe Lake near the village of Priskovoy in the Ordzhonikizevsky District of Khakassia in Russia.
The victims were part of a larger group of at least 10 people who were riding in the area. The avalanche caught seven members of the group. Five people were able to escape, but two of the snowmobilers did not survive.
The victims were 42-years-old and 35-years-old.
