Tochuhorn, Switzerland – On April 2, 2018 two ski tourers were caught in an avalanche on the north ridge of Tochuhorn in Simplon in Brig in Valais, Switzerland. One of the skiers suffered serious injuries and died in the hospital in Bern the next day.
