Choteau, Montana – On January 5, 2019 a 35-year-old snowmobiler was killed in an avalanche near Waldron Creek near Teton Pass west of Choteau, Montana.
Authorities were notified about the accident around 16:00. Rescuers responded and transported the victim to the hospital. According to GreatFallsTribune.com, the victim was not wearing an avalanche transceiver.
