There’s nothing more annoying that a bad skin track – so how do you make it better? Here are some helpful tips to improve your skin track experience. From scribing to shoveling, these tips will help to make any uphill ski a little bit easier.

This is episode seven of an eight video series created by the American Mountain Guide Association and Outdoor Research. The series focuses on backcountry skiing technique and safety. It is designed to “raise awareness and reduce the risks associated with traveling in the backcountry.”
