Nigde, Turkey – On December 2, 2018 two mountain climbers were caught in an avalanche on Eznevit Peak near Demirkazık Mountain in Nigde Province in Central Turkey. One of the climbers survived, but the other did not.
Hurriyet.com.tr identified the victim as Mustafa Kemal Karakoç. Hilal Iscan survived.
