Upper Dir, Pakistan – On January 18, 2019 an avalanche killed a hunter near Shonga in the Barakun area of Upper Dir in Pakistan.
Hundreds of rescuers responded to the scene. Unfortunately, it took 18 hours to recover the body and the man did not survive.
The accident occurred while two individuals were hunting.
