Kungsleden, Sweden – In June 2018, Emelie Forsberg set the Fastest Known Time (FKT) on the Kundsleden Trail in Swedish Lapland. Forsberg completed the 450 kilometer trail in 4 days, 21 hours. Congrats!
The previous FKT on Kungsleden Trail was set in 2017 by Norwegian Sondre Almdahl who completed the trail in 6 days, 2 hours, 51 minutes.
The Kundsleden, or King’s Trail, travels from Abisko in the north to Hemevan in the south. It travels through Vindelfjällen Nature Reserve, one of the largest protected areas in Europe.
