On April 13, 2016, Black Diamond Equipment Ltd out of Salt Lake City, Utah issued a voluntary recall of the following items:
- Easy Rider & Iron Cruiser Via Ferrata Lanyards
- Index Ascender
- Camalot (.3 to 6) & Camalot Ultralights (.4 to 4)
If you have any of these products, Black Diamond asks that you stop using them immediately and inspect them following the procedures in the links above.
