Chitral, Pakistan – On Saturday, February 18, 2017 three people were caught in an avalanche near Suraj Bala village in the Rech valley in Chitral in Pakistan. One man was killed and two others were injured.
The group was returning from a neighboring village, when they were caught in the slide on Saturday. The avalanche victim was identified as Nazuk Wali Shah.
