Kashmir, India – On January 23, 2019 two hunters were caught, buried, and killed in an avalanche in the forests of the Lolab Valley in Kupwara district in northern Kashmir, India.
The avalanche caught three hunters, but one managed to escape. That individual alerted authorities who responded to the scene. The bodies of the two hunters were recovered on Thursday.
