Zackengrat, Switzerland – On Saturday, March 24, 2018 a 55-year-old Austrian ski tourer was killed in an avalanche on the 3326-meter Zackengrat while enroute to the 3698-meter Balmhorn near Leukerbad in Switzerland.

The man’s three companions were unharmed.
