Smith Recalls Quantum Helmets Due To Risk Of Head Injury

On September 7, 2017, Smith issued a recall of the Quantum Helmet. The CPSC.gov states that the hazard associated with the helmet is that “the buckle on the helmet can disengage, posing a risk of head injury.”
