The next day two snowmobilers were buried for several hours after remotely triggering an avalanche in Horseshoe Bowl on Teton Pass. Both survived, but one sustained injuries.

Much of the western US is sitting on a delicate snowpack. Please treat the snowpack with respect and take responsibility for your actions and behaviors in the mountains.
