Osh, Kyrgyzstan – During the night of February 4, 2017, four soldiers were driving to UAZ Hunter on the road from Osh to Kyzyl-Jar in Kyrgyzstan when their car was struck by an avalanche. They got out of the car to clear the road, when a second avalanche came down. One of the border patrol guards did not survive the slide.
