South Korean Mountaineer Completes All 14 8000 Meter Peaks

Nanga Parbat, Pakistan – On Monday, July 9, 2018 South Korean mountaineer Kim Migon successfully summited 8125-meter Nanga Parbat in the Himalaya of Pakistan. Migon now joins an elite club of mountaineers who have summited all 14 8000 meter peaks.

Reinhold Messner was the 1st person to complete all 14 8000 meter peaks. He did it from 1970-1986.
